3. Each item will be represented by a photograph, logo, or other image, and will be accompanied by a brief description, approximate retail value, the sponsor’s info and the starting bid. Some descriptions will include special instructions and/or conditions related to the item i.e. shipping cost if applicable.  By bidding on an item, you are responsible for the item(s). You also agree to abide by all special instructions and to be bound by all conditions set out in the description. All items have no cash value.

4. Bid on whatever you like and on however many items as you want, just remember you are responsible for all your bids. If you are the winning bidder (the last highest bidder) then you are responsible for paying the amount you submitted.

12. Unless otherwise indicated in the details section for the item, all items will be either sent to you via email, mailed, or picked-up by the winning bidder. If needed, I may consider doing a couple prize pick up days to help get prizes delivered faster, however if you cannot make either days, an east end pickup or a west end pickup, then it is your responsibility to make alternate arrangements.  The main office is located in Vars, ON.

13. If for any reason the winning bidder does not make contact within 3 days from the auction closing, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.  If the winning bidder fails to make alternate arrangements with the administrator, for pick up – the auction item may also be offered to the next highest bidder.

15. Winning bidders may be required to produce a piece of government issued photo identification before receiving their auction item.
